About me

Zeist employs a non-pathologizing therapeutic outlook, perceiving individuals as holistic beings rather than defined by their challenges. She tailors her approach according to each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Zeist has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Informed by her own multicultural journey as a Pakistani woman, Zeist is passionate about working with South Asian communities and addressing multicultural concerns within historically marginalized and immigrant groups.
