About me

At times your body, mind, and emotions might feel completely disconnected, as if you are barely able to stay afloat. You might even feel as though the world doesn’t understand your nuance and intersectional identities that impact who you are and how others see you. And in the midst of all of this, you deserve a space to sit in all of you as you are right now. I want to support your journey toward healing in a collaborative, meaningful, and caring way.

My approach is guided by empathy, warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. I combine several approaches in my practice including relational, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused work. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and story and will honor that truth throughout our process.

As a queer, trans, and South Asian therapist, I work from intersectional and anti-racist philosophies. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community to support the journey towards self-acceptance, integration, and reclamation of body, mind, spirit, pleasure, and joy. I am honored to be walking alongside you on your path.
