About me

I have predominantly worked with adolescents and adults in communities who wouldn’t normally have access to therapy. I have experience working as a behavioral Interventionist treating children who have developmental disorders. My treatment focuses are clients experiencing depression, anxiety, college/career choices, cultural stressors, relational stress, and major life adjustments.
Being an affective rapport builder while using a psychodynamic approach, I allow the client to feel welcomed as they are and feel listened to. I understand how difficult the journey of battling mental health can be and would never want anyone to feel alone on the journey.
It’s important to have a therapist who can navigate the complexity of carrying on cultural and religious traditions and expectations in a western context. I would love to work with all folks to provide them with mental health services that are sensitive to their upbringing. It’s rewarding to see our clients make strides. I look forward to our journey.
