Finding a safe space to explore, process and work through the ups and downs of your life can feel difficult. Facing the every day struggles of self-doubt, anxiety or depression on your own is overwhelming. This can result in feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns that negatively impact our goals and/or our relationships. I will guide you to navigating these thoughts and feelings, while supporting you in setting achievable goals. Asking for help is difficult, but it is the first step to seeing the changes that you have been looking for.
I offer therapy that is relationship-focused and action oriented, with an emphasis on diving deeper to understand and transform the unhelpful patterns that may be holding you back. I offer client-centred services, ensuring that each individuals service is unique to our challenges, identity and history. I focus on developing a collaborative relationship to ensure we are working towards your specific goals, whatever they may be. Building your confidence in navigating your everyday struggles while also being mindful of your career, relationship and personal ambitions is my ultimate goal.

As a South Asian therapist I understand the importance of integrating our unique cultural and familial experiences into our sessions. Acknowledging that our identity and upbringing plays a major role in our worldview has shaped my approach to therapy, and life! I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem and trauma and am a Registered Social Worker with over 7 years of experience with diverse populations, including Children, Youth, Individuals and Families.
