About me

You may have noticed yourself feeling more anxious, withdrawn, or emotionally dysregulated lately, and may be curious about ways you can reconnect to yourself and your body. If this sounds like you, therapy can be a transformative opportunity to examine these feelings more closely and create a life that feels more embodied and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, exploratory, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and somatic and creative practices. My focus is on anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship conflict and codependency, identity concerns, and complex PTSD.

In working together, I hope that we can co-create a space from which you can process your emotions with compassion and curiosity, and challenge yourself to take small risks that move you closer to your goals. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to reach out – I’m looking forward to meeting you!

My focus is on anxiety, bipolar disorder, conflict and codependency in relationships, identity concerns, and complex PTSD.

I often like to use somatic, creative, and mindfulness practices in my work. These techniques can help you have more awareness of your mind, body, and emotions, and can provide an opportunity to examine your thoughts with more clarity.
