About me

Hi, I’m Vidhi. Helping others work through their problems and build a healthy relationship with their emotions, even the “ugly” ones, is my passion. I provide therapy with my whole heart, and am deeply invested in my clients’ wellbeing. I create an open, safe, and nonjudgmental space to be vulnerable. I invite you to share your truest thoughts, and ask the tough questions to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. The most effective part of therapy is the relationship we build with each other and that is my first priority.

As a daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the challenges that come from navigating cultural expectations & experiences, while building our individual identity, values & beliefs. For many of us, our self worth & value are tied to external successes and I will be your advocate to define what success means to YOU!

I specialize in working with individuals from the South Asian community. I teach you to listen to the information communicated by your emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations. We learn together how your background and experiences have impacted you and where you would like to go from here. I use a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and soul. I invite somatic, experiential, and reframing techniques into session to help you shift from a reactive to a responsive state. Our work will include reconnecting with the humanness of you, so you can move through life intentionally and authentically.

I am grateful you are here and ready to support you. Please contact me for a free consultation.
