Hello! My name is Vaswati, an LCSW and graduate of NYU School of Social Work.
I am a psychotherapist with the Brooklyn-based private practice of Dr. Kira Rogers, Clinical Psychologist, PLLC.
I also work as a psychotherapist at Sol Mental Health (www.solmentalhealth.com).
At present, I work only with adults age 18 and above. I see individuals, couples and families.
I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” treatment style; instead, I prefer to take an integrative, tailored, versatile approach, to best meet my clients where they are at any particular point in their lives.
As the daughter of immigrant parents, I take a particular interest in the issues that surround first and second generation Americans, and communities of color.
In my other life, I am an aspiring filmmaker, and love theater, reading, art and music.
