I recognize the complexity of human needs and behavior, and aim to provide individually tailored psychotherapy – making the therapeutic experience collaborative and empowering. I operate from a holistic integrative lens in which I utilize person-centered, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic techniques to inform my practice.
