About me

I am a psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience working with adults across a wide range of life transitions and challenges. Much of my work centers on helping people break free of harmful cycles — patterns of thinking, relating, and coping that once made sense but no longer serve them.

My approach is integrative — drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — always tailored to you.

I believe healing is not linear and every person carries wisdom within them that therapy helps unlock. The bravest thing a person can do is look honestly at their own life and choose to grow. I am committed to therapy that is culturally humble, evidence-informed, and deeply human. Mental health is not a privilege — it is a human right. Suffering does not discriminate. Neither does my practice.

Mindfulness-based therapy invites you to slow down and meet your experience with curiosity rather than judgment. Together we cultivate present-moment awareness that helps you observe your thoughts and feelings without being consumed by them. This practice creates space between stimulus and response — space where choice lives. Over time mindfulness builds a quieter, steadier relationship with yourself and with whatever life brings.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most well-researched approaches in mental health — and one of the most practical. Together we examine the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying patterns that keep you stuck. CBT gives you concrete tools to challenge unhelpful thinking, shift your responses, and build new ways of moving through the world. The work is collaborative, structured, and grounded in your real life — not just the therapy room.
