Trisha Patel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her education includes a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors of Art in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.

In the past 11 years, Trisha has experience in treating children, families, couples and individuals. Trisha has worked with many clients to achieve their personal goals and gain greater insight into their lives. Trisha’s expertise includes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Crisis Intervention and a wide range of disorders. Trisha has worked closely with psychiatrists, and primary care doctors as part of a collaborative approach to ensure client’s quality and compassionate treatment. Trisha has experience in treating a diverse group of clients, including those with multiple disabilities and various cultural backgrounds. Trisha is culturally versed in Deaf Culture and communicates using fluent American Sign Language.
