About me

Hi!

I’m Teresa (she/her), and I help people untangle the expectations that have kept them stuck—so they can finally live a life that feels like their own.

If you’ve spent years being the one who keeps it all together, the one others rely on, the one who tries to make everything look okay even when it isn’t—you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve been shaped by cultural and family narratives about who you’re supposed to be. Maybe you’ve always been the strong one, the peacekeeper, or the fixer. Maybe you’re tired.

I get it—because I’ve lived it, and I’ve worked with so many people who carry the same weight.

As a therapist, I create a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or explain. A space where you’re allowed to unravel and rebuild. I use a collaborative, compassionate, evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Attachment Theory—with a culturally aware lens and trauma-informed care.

I especially support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, infertility, family enmeshment, burnout, or identity confusion. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but silently struggling. They’re seeking clarity, peace, and permission to show up as their full selves.

With a background in neuroscience and immunology research, I bring both curiosity and clinical precision to our work. As someone who bridges cultures and professions, I understand how complex identity can be—and how healing begins when you finally feel seen.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.

Let’s make space for that.
