About me

For as long as memory serves, I have intuitively known the power of honoring all parts of ourselves. As a therapist, I want to create a warm, gentle, sex-positive space where my clients are welcomed, explored, and celebrated in their entirety. I am a South Asian immigrant especially inclined towards working with queer folk of color in a decolonized model of therapy. My practice is rooted in multicultural, anti-oppression, and anti-capitalist frameworks as I hope to be the therapeutic resource I never had. I am queer, kink, sex work, and non-monogamy/polyamory affirming.

As a clinician, I am informed by psychodynamic, relational, and emotion-focused approaches to therapy. This means that we will identify and explore common patterns, behaviors, and feelings you experience, understand how your past is consciously or unconsciously impacting your present, and create an intimate therapeutic relationship to help you meet your goals. Drawing from professional and lived experiences, I help my clients navigate myriad of mental health, sexual, and interpersonal concerns. I am also passionate about working with individuals experiencing concerns with body image and eating behaviors.

I feel honored to support you in the courageous work of getting to know yourself more deeply and wholly. Collaboratively, we will cultivate connection, pleasure, and ease of living and being. I am fluent in English and Hindi, and welcome individuals, couples, and polycules of all identities, abilities, and bodies. I hope for our work together to ultimately lead you to enhanced self-awareness, clarity, and empowerment.
