About me

Therapy looks a little different for the South Asian diaspora. We’re trying our best to integrate two very different cultures – the one we’re born into and the one we’re living in. How do you navigate challenges and expectations foreign to your therapist? These challenges and expectations influence every important aspect of our lives – including who we date/marry, where we live and who we live with, what we do for work, and so on.

I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety/depression, life transitions, and South Asian mental health. I help individuals, couples, and families sort through current and past struggles to live a more balanced and fulfilling life with more meaningful relationships. My approach involves exploring your past experiences and relationships and how they impact your current emotions and behaviors.

To accommodate busy schedules, I offer flexible appointments, including evenings. It is essential that you feel I can assist you in your journey, so please take advantage of a free 15-minute phone consultation.
