About me

Relationships are challenging, especially when you’re conditioned to meet your parents’ and society’s expectations. Are you feeling pressured to find the perfect fit, or having trouble with dating apps, first dates, and maintaining a connection? Is dating affecting your self-esteem, or vice versa?

Have you found your partner but struggling with moving forward because you’re supposed to get an arranged married or he/she is not the same race/religion? Or fear of committing to the wrong person?

Are you having trouble in your marriage and want to find ways to improve your connection, or you’ve decided you need a divorce, but the guilt and shame is holding you back?

We each have individual journeys and experiences which have shaped us to be where we are and who we are today. Therapy can help you sort through your current and past struggles to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. I work with individuals and couples in either long term insight-oriented therapy or short-term solution-focused therapy. I work with individuals who want to improve their relationships, adjust through significant life transitions personally and professionally, or experience anxiety, depression, and grief.

To accommodate busy schedules, I offer flexible appointments including evenings. It is essential that you feel I can assist you in your journey, so please take advantage of a free 15-minute phone consultation.
