About me

It’s not easy to navigate life’s challenges and uncertainties, especially when we feel like we’re going through them alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I’d like to offer you a space where we can think and reflect together, and find a way through the difficulties you’re facing.

I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, histories of trauma, relationship issues, work or school stress, and low self-esteem. I also have a particular interest in helping clients explore and understand difficulties related to cultural identity. Whether you’re concerned about issues pertaining to race, gender, sexual orientation, or immigration, I offer a supportive space for you to process and heal.

My approach to therapy is based on the belief that lasting personal change can develop within empathically-attuned relationships. I aim to create a safe atmosphere in which we can explore your story and inner experiences, while also attending to how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors manifest in current relationships. I invite you to consider working with me. Let’s work together to explore the issues that may be holding you back, and find new ways to move forward.
