About me

Life’s transitions can get the best of us sometimes. It is not easy to see the rainbow behind the clouds when you are amid the storm. Difficult times of adjusting to these transitions are also the opportunity to grow. If you or your loved one is going through one of life’s transitions and are motivated to seek support, I would feel privileged to help you find the answers and start your healing journey. In my work, I meet you where you are, and I work with you to establish goals for your healing journey. I am fierce in helping you achieve your goals and kind in my approach by creating a safe holding space for processing your dilemmas and deep wounds.

I have personally experienced and understand first-hand the stress of life’s transitions due to loss, move, job, parenting, blended families, marriage, divorce, and interpersonal relationships. I have been a parent, a single parent, and a step-parent.

I understand how work, parenting, relationships, and external factors intertwine with mental health. I believe a supportive, non-judgmental, and kind environment allows us to see and receive the gifts the universe has to offer in our healing journey. If you are reading this, then you have taken a huge step forward in your healing journey. It can be intimidating to seek therapy because there is a stigma around mental health in our society. I understand this and I treat my clients with respect and care.

I was born and raised in India and immigrated to the US in 2000. I have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Indiana University. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas, MN in 2022 with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy). My mental health professional experience includes conducting trauma assessments at the Veteran’s Administration (VA) in Minneapolis, MN, as a Mental Health Practitioner at Natalis Counseling and Psychology Solutions in St. Paul, MN, and a Therapist at Phoenix Counseling Collective, Phoenix, AZ.  I have 25 years of experience in Corporate America prior to pursuing my career in counseling.

I work with kids, teens, young adults, professional adults, & couples. I work with clients from India (Telehealth only) and clients residing in the state of AZ (Telehealth and In-person). I provide you with a safe space to process dilemmas, learn skills, heal, and live a fulfilling life. If you are considering therapy (for you, your child, or your relationship) & wondering where to start, give me a call. I would be happy to help answer questions.
