My mission is empower people to live authentic, soul led lives – being true to themselves. I do this by offering a Psychospiritual approach to counselling.  I believe in Holistic wellbeing and as well as counselling/talking therapy, for those who are interested I can integrate Counselling with Energy Healing, such as Reiki, Crystal Healing and insight from Numerology.

A Psychodynamic model of counselling underpins my therapeutic work with all my clients.  It helps to gain understanding around how your past and current experiences have impacted you throughout your life and how you relate to yourself and others. In a nutshell psychodynamic counselling explores your unconscious mind by bringing to light underlying emotions, thoughts and processes. It helps to reveal what is repressed/hidden and increases your awareness and understanding of yourself. Through this empowering process you can gain clarity which then can assist you to make healthier life choices especially in areas where you might feel stuck or have experienced vicious cycles.
