About me

I value individual difference, diversity, integrity, finding your own path and standing out from the crowd.  I strongly believe people can be empowered to find their own answers.  I am from India and moved to England 16 years ago.

As an integrative therapist I adapt and integrate different techniques and tailor what best suits you and your presenting issues. Much of the therapy I offer is an exploration of what makes you who you are.   I am also a Mindfulness Coach and offer  techniques in sessions that include guided meditations and journaling.

If you are suffering from anxiety or are finding your relationships or home life situation extremely stressful, it can be very helpful to talk about it in a safe, accepting place.  I provide a confidential, non-judgemental environment where you can talk about what is troubling you.

The Covid-19 pandemic has created unimaginable challenge and change. The impact on mental health and social care has been immense and I believe it’s an extraordinary time to be alive. Each one of us has seen the world drastically change in an incredibly short space of time as a result of the pandemic, and we have had to quickly adapt to a new way of functioning in our day-to-day lives. The responses to the global health crisis have varied significantly between individuals, groups, and countries. You may have experienced a variety of emotions and reactions, ranging from panic and anxiety to calm and gratitude, or going from feelings of lethargy to then wanting to do everything at once. These are all psychological responses to threat and change, and different people, and cultures, will respond in different ways.

I believe mental health support has to be accessible to everyone when needed. Keeping this in mind I offer flexible fee options depending on your personal and financial situation. Please contact me for a no obligation, initial consultation, free of charge
