About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey in private practice in Princeton, NJ where I offer teletherapy and in-person appointments for adult individuals from diverse communities.

In my practice, I work with adults who struggle with mood and thought disturbances such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief, automatic thoughts, fixed beliefs, delusions, and self-exploration.

Many of my clients are challenged by life transitions (school, relationships, marriage, parenthood, intergenerational conflicts, employment, work stress/work-life balance, medical conditions, eldercare, caregiving).

My practice is open to people exploring their personal, cultural, spiritual, gender and sexual orientation identity.

  • I work with  adults (18+) to provide psychotherapy for individuals
  • I am licensed to work only with clients living in New Jersey
  • Currently, I am seeing clients virtually as well as  in-person (Tue/Wed only in office)
  • I accept self-pay and can provide receipts for reimbursements for out-of-network benefit coverage
