About me

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which emphasizes the role of past experiences and unconscious processes in shaping our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that by exploring these underlying factors, we can gain insight into our patterns of thinking and behavior, and develop new strategies for managing our emotions and relationships.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also provide Brainspotting—a modality that taps into the areas of the brain where trauma resides, facilitating a more rapid path to healing compared to conventional talk therapy.
