About me

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which emphasizes the role of past experiences and unconscious processes in shaping our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that by exploring these underlying factors, we can gain insight into our patterns of thinking and behavior, and develop new strategies for managing our emotions and relationships.

At the same time, I also take a strength-based approach, which means that I focus on helping clients identify their unique strengths, resources, and goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their potential and build resilience.
