About me

Now accepting new clients. As a South Asian woman, I have a deep understanding of the struggles and stressors we are faced within relationships, school and work while navigating cultural expectations. Additionally, I recognize the minimization and stigma surrounding mental health in the South Asian diaspora. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a calm and safe environment, to help you heal from intergenerational trauma, discover your voice, build self confidence and develop strong sense of self while establishing healthy boundaries.

I find joy in working with children of immigrants, young adults and women who are adjusting through life transitions, mental health challenges, including numerous facets of life. Based on my years of experience, I tailor my approach and techniques to best fit your unique hardships and goals. I can assist in identifying behavior patterns or past narratives that may be holding you back from experiencing a more meaningful life.

If you are looking for movement, progress and a new chapter in your life, I can help you to achieve your goals. In my practice, I like to meet my clients where they are in their lives and believe that each individual has the capacity to flourish. Please contact me to set up a free 15 minutes consultation.
