Meet Sofia Noreen, a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, with expertise in areas such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationships, career issues, grief and loss and self-esteem. Sofia understands the unique struggles clients face. Her sessions are tailored around the client’s needs and goals. She uses an integrative approach to meet clients’ goals. Sofia is passionate about working with individuals to integrate their mental wellness and everyday life to obtain sustainable improvements, particularly those experiencing difficulty after experiencing significant change like trauma, or loss.

As a therapist, Sofia creates a nurturing environment for growth and positive outcomes. Sofia brings a unique perspective to therapy, incorporating her lived experience as a person of colour and immigrant to offer a balanced approach. She recognizes the importance of cultural nuances and collaborates with clients to address their issues effectively.
