About me

Using an authentic and direct approach, I treat a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal and family challenges, and trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to develop collaborative therapy goals, track progress, build ongoing coping skills, and deepen emotional awareness. In sessions, my approach is client-centered, warm, and culturally-sensitive. I work with adults of all ages, from various walks of life and parts of the world. Building from each individual client’s lifestyle, values, and perspective, I help clients to manage their stress (e.g., work challenges, family conflicts, parenting skills) and navigate major transitions (e.g., immigration, divorce, career changes, marriage, retirement). Gaining deeper psychological awareness and concrete coping skills can bring immense relief. I want my clients to reach their goals, make change, improve self esteem, and feel better in their daily lives. It can be incredibly hard to reach out and ask for help, but I strongly believe that mental health is an essential human right for all people, everywhere.
