About me

Do you struggle to create healthy boundaries? Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? Do you feel un-heard in relationships? I believe starting the work to better know yourself is an act of bravery and a declaration of self-love. I work with you to create a warm, safe, and supportive space. Let’s discover how to navigate life with more understanding, freedom, and peace. Therapy (just like life) can feel scary, awkward and intimidating–I get it. Therapy (again, just like life!) can feel empowering, healing, and transformative–and even fun sometimes. I look forward to getting to know you.

My identity as a woman of color, mother, California native, first generation immigrant, South Asian, BIPOC, and mindfulness educator is the foundation that guides my life and my therapeutic practice. I have a deep commitment to social justice, equity, and feminism. I believe that by nature all humans are whole and good. Let’s work together to discover your true, core self.

I believe the more we’re aware of what triggers us and what brings us joy or pain, the better we can navigate life. We life in a world that demands so much of us; we need space to slow down, heal, and give ourselves compassion. This deeper awareness empowers us to build a joyful life that is rich and meaningful. I’m honored to be part of your journey.
