About me

If you are reading this, I would like to thank you for visiting my page. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, health issues or whether you are going through a divorce, breakup, familial issues or have recently experienced a loss, counselling can be incredibly helpful and healing. Offering a safe and confidential space, I endeavour to support you in exploring your concerns, finding a way forward together.

Helping to raise your awareness of your experience in the here and now, I can help facilitate and support your process towards developing a new unique perspective. I believe our mind, body and soul are all interlinked, and by incorporating the cognitive, physical and emotional experience, we can reach a deeper, more meaningful understanding of ourselves.

I have experience working with young people and individuals with a range of issues including abuse, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, depression, divorce, family, OCD, panic, perfectionism and stress. I also have several years experience working with individuals who are preparing for or have experienced the loss of a loved one.

I would like to offer you a quiet, comfortable and safe space to explore what brings you to therapy, and what you would like to achieve from it. I would like to make my service accessible to as many as possible, and offer concessions to those who are unemployed, in education or those in difficult circumstances.
