About me

Shanti Psychotherapy is a group practice specializing in South Asian Mental Health, with care being inclusive to all other communities. We offer online therapy and in person will be available in the Spring 2023.

Therapists at Shanti Psychotherapy are South Asian in their cultural background, culturally competent, clinically skilled and experienced therapists inspired to support mental health and well being.

Shanti Psychotherapy was founded by Angie Agrawal Holstein, MSW, RSW, (she/her/hers) as a way to channel her 20 years of experience, skills and most importantly her dedication to the support of South Asian Mental Health, by creating a group of like minded and skilled therapists.  The need is great within the South Asian community and the resources for culturally sound therapy is limited.

Therefore, each team member is carefully selected by the founder for their lived experiences, superior professional skills, compassion and dedication.
