Individual Adult Therapy
My practice with young adults and adults has also been informed by my counselling role at a faith and culturally sensitive non-profit organisation. I have worked with sexual violence, abuse, domestic violence, trauma, stress, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, self-harm, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties and more complex cases of self-harm and suicidal ideation.
Children and Young People Counselling
My therapeutic work with children and young people has involved working within a school setting. I have provided one-to-one short term and long term therapeutic support across all year groups in the primary and secondary phase.
I have experience addressing diverse issues ranging from bullying, behavioural problems, anxiety, stress, transition anxiety/ school anxiety, exam/ study pressures, peer/ interpersonal relationships, trauma, bereavement, loss and grief and attachment issues.

My Background
In addition to my therapist role, I am a specialist practitioner with over 14 years experience working as a primary school teacher and a Special Educational Needs (SEN) specialist in the area of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). I am a young people's therapist at a North London Secondary School and have continued my initial profession as a school practitioner supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic needs.
