About me

Maybe you’re navigating depression that feels heavier than you let on. Maybe trauma — recent or generational — still echoes in your body. Maybe you’re questioning parts of your identity, your faith, your family roles, or who you’re allowed to be. You don’t have to sort through it by yourself anymore.
I create a space where you can exhale — without over-explaining your culture, queerness, family dynamics, or the weight of expectations placed on you. As the daughter of multifaith South Asian immigrants and as an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I understand how intergenerational and religious trauma, marginalization, and silence can shape mental health.
Our work will be collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and complex family and relationship dynamics. You deserve a space where you don’t have to shrink. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
