About me

Individuals are their own unique combinations of identities and experiences. I myself am a Bangladeshi Muslim American Queens, New Yorker who has interests in mental health advocacy, music, books and dungeons & dragons. All of which combine to allow me to draw on multitude of experiences to provide a unique kind of care as a therapist.

Let’s work together to explore your combinations and strengthen your connection to yourself, others and community. My approach is to understand the nuances of your intersectional identity by engaging in grounded dialogue. Utilizing a mixture of relational, cognitive, and dialectical behavioral interventions, I emphasize authenticity and curiosity.

I work with you to create a therapeutic space that is non judge mental, comforting and safe to go through the journey of therapy, which can be daunting.
