About me

I’m a registered mental health counsellor with experience providing therapy to adults, parents & adolescents. I’ve worked with Australia’s leading mental health organisations including Headspace & Mind Australia, supporting people from all walks of life work through complex issues including trauma, family violence, PTSD/CPTSD, relationship/interpersonal issues, & mood disorders such as anxiety & depression. Being a Sri-Lankan Person of Colour, I specialise in delivering therapy that is culturally sensitive through empathetic listening, gaining a deep understanding of your circumstances & providing a treatment plan specific to you.
