About me

Welcome and congratulations on taking this step. Whether you want to feel better, deepen enjoyment of life and relationships, discover purpose and spiritual connection or design and live the life you envision, our therapeutic approach is a direct means to attain such change.

Our group practice is designed to provide you with both emotional support and real life change. Warmth, compassion and a safe therapeutic space are balanced with strategies, recommendations and accountability to create the shifts you desire in life. Together, we identify needed changes, design a road map for how to achieve these changes and gain the tools and movement needed to bring fulfillment to all areas of your life.
