About me

Hi, I’m Sanaa. I bring varied experiences and perspectives to my work as a therapist: I’m an entrepreneur, psychotherapist, coach, mom and second generation South Asian Muslim. I bring my lived experience to my work.

I specialize in relationship and individual coaching and in helping highly motivated, creative and sensitive people reach their goals such as building self esteem, increasing confidence, and creating healthy boundaries.

I use relational, experiential therapies, and interpersonal neurobiology as the context for the skills I teach.

My goal is to create a safe space where you can find meaning and cultivate fruitful relationships with yourself and with others.

I am also interested in multi-cultural identity and in striking a balance between Eastern and Western cultures. I understand the complexities and the experience of having a South Asian and Muslim background.

My approach is collaborative. We would work together to address your specific needs and your desired goals. Starting therapy can be daunting, as such, I offer a free 10 minute consultation. Please reach out to me via email or text. I look forward to hearing from you.
