About me

We all have times in life when we need support. Often we can find it difficult to make sense of our experience, trust others or know and communicate our needs. You may need support in resolving inner conflict and alleviating distress or wish to develop a better understanding of yourself.

I offer culturally sensitive therapy through an intersectional lens. I believe relationships are at the heart of being human and our difficulties can be understood through exploring how we connect to ourselves and others around us.

I completed my psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute, qualifying as a Clinical Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist. As an integrative therapist, I draw on various modalities, believing each client deserves their own individualised therapy.

My work is grounded in a philosophy of inclusiveness and embraces all cultures and identities. I have a deep regard for ordinary human suffering and welcome all experiences you may bring into the therapy room.

I have experience working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. One of my particular interests lies in the dynamics of power in relationships and how it affects our sense of self; mostly within the context of privilege and oppression.

I offer therapy to individuals, couples and families. I currently, facilitate therapy groups for parents/carers of children with disabilities and for psychotherapy trainees who identify as visible minority ethnic.

I also offer supervision and teach on a counselling and psychotherapy training course.

My priority is to create a shared confidential space, where you can make sense of your experiences, enabling you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I genuinely believe if you are ready to receive the structure and support you need, you can make a change.
