Are you feeling depressed and misunderstood in your relationship? Are you having trouble finding or rekindling the connection? Are you especially finding it hard to share your struggles with your friends and family due to stigmas regarding relationship issues, divorce, family planning, and other personal but very real battles?
I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and couples in the beginning, middle and late stages of their relationships, who are going through the conflicts of these phases. I use various therapy techniques to guide you towards empowerment and confidence so you gain the necessary skills towards a stronger and healthier version of yourself.
I would be honored to work with you and help you find ways to improve your communication and mutual quality of life, while learning productive mechanisms to deal with the weight of community and societal pressure and stigma from Desi culture.

Let’s work together to find the strengths in yourself or your relationship. This may mean making individual and mutual behavior changes. The health of your relationship will directly affect your individual mental health: let’s improve one to benefit the other. One healthy, happy relationship can create two healthy, happy individuals.
I will support you and encourage you throughout this journey, as you evolve into the healthiest, happiest, strongest version of yourself. I am compassionate and empathic in my approach as I guide you to finding your healthiest self. Allow me to be a part of this process, as you achieve your goals towards better mental health.
