About me

My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally sensitive, compassionate and solution-focused. I work to create a safe haven for meaningful change to be pursued. I customize my therapeutic approach based on each individual’s needs, drawing from psychodynamic, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy and post modern modalities. I also often incorporate eastern traditions and philosophies, such as mindfulness and meditation practices.

I specialize in working with teens and adults, helping them heal from past wounds and reconnect with their own innate wisdom and authentic selves. I also focus on helping individuals overcome old patterns or maladaptive ways of thinking. I help clients optimally cope, and even thrive during life transitions, such as career changes, divorce, and parenthood.

Congratulations on taking this first step! I hope to be a part of your wellness journey. In response to the pandemic, I am currently providing video and phone sessions to all California residents. Also, I am providing weekend and evening appointment times for your convenience. Please contact me for a complimentary 15 minute consultation to get started!
