About me

I am a Glasgow based psychodynamic counsellor specialising in anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma and lgbtqi+ issues. Working with me will allow you to understand the impact of the past on your current situation and find creative ways for moving forward.

I have lived in different parts of the world which has given me a diverse  understanding of the lived experience.  I believe that talking through our issues can provide a deep sense of relief. Its my passion to support my clients as they come to terms with their inner truth and find meaning in their life.

Counselling is a deeply personal experience and I feel honoured each time I listen to and sit beside my clients. I offer a free thirty minute zoom consultation which will allow you to get a sense of me and see if we are a good fit. I offer in-person therapy in Glasgow. For online therapy, you can reach out to me from any location.

If you are interested in exploring counselling then please get in touch with me via email,  text or the form provided on my website to schedule your initial consultation.
