About me

It’s an unsettling time for us all as the world reacts to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID 19). There are daily challenges and anxieties with everyone stuck indoors, having to adapt to a new routine, losing motivation. I understand it is difficult. I am here to help you cope with anything which may be coming up for you and to give tips on how to manage the new normal. I am offering face to face sessions in Borough and online sessions anywhere.

Practice description

At different times in our lives we all need support, someone to talk to and someone who will take the time to fully understand what we are going through. As a counsellor I will offer a warm, supportive, non judgemental relationship in a safe environment where you are able to come and talk about whatever you may wish to bring. I work together with my clients to help you find a new prospective of your situation and offer you empowerment to grow as a person, my aim is for my clients to feel fulfilled. I work with clients on a variety of different issues and from many different backgrounds. I support my clients by using an integrative approach which means I will draw on different theoretical approaches based on what my clients bring to the session.

First session

It is very important for you to feel comfortable in the sessions, for this reason I provide an initial assessment for £30, this allows you to see the environment, meet me, ask as many questions as you wish and get a feel of what a session will entail. The initial assessment lasts 30-50 minutes long.
