At different times in our lives, we all need support, someone to talk to and someone who will take the time to fully understand what we are going through. As a counsellor I will offer a warm, supportive, non-judgemental relationship in a safe environment where you are able to come and talk about whatever you may wish to bring. I work together with my clients to help you find a new prospective of your situation and offer you empowerment to grow as a person, my aim is for my clients to feel fulfilled. I work with clients on a variety of different issues and from many different backgrounds. I support my clients by using an integrative approach which means I will draw on different theoretical approaches based on what my clients bring to the session.
