About me

About Me
I am a qualified and registered counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  I offer Psychodynamic Therapy. Available on weekends. My approach is respectful, sensitive and non-judgemental.

How counselling can help stress, anxiety and depression
I offer a private, safe and confidential place to explore and help you manage feelings and thoughts that may be overwhelming, confusing or even frightening. This may enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and explore deep rooted beliefs and assumptions in order to move forward.

Psychotherapy works to help those who feel stuck or anxious, or who are experiencing an underlying sense of sadness. If you have been experiencing relationship breakdown in your life, therapy can help to understand how to manage what you are going through.

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes at a regular weekly time.

The sessions can be in-person or online.

**Only Saturday sessions available

To express frustrations, sadness and feelings of loss.

To understand yourself as well as other people in your life including, family members, parents, siblings, work colleagues, friends or intimate relationships.

Therapy can be needed for many different issues. You may be seeking therapy for something specific, a deeper understanding of your relationships, or in some cases a sudden cause of distress.
