I specialize in intergenerational trauma amongst immigrants. Being a part of immigrant population can consist of you having immigrated to Canada or are the spouse, child, relative or friend of an immigrant. It is a unique experience to be part of this population where one can find themselves in the middle of two cultures and at times almost leading two different lives.

In many cultures, counselling is not understood. The idea of it can be daunting as there are many unknowns to be explored, especially with someone who you barely know. It is an essential part of my practice to build rapport with my clients to ensure that there is an empathetic relationship established to help you work on your therapeutic goals.
