My aim as a therapist is to help you rediscover your sense of hope and resilience in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My approach is integrative and involves mindfulness, evidence-based techniques, and a focus on the humanistic lens. I am trauma-informed, queer affirmative and have worked with 200 + clients dealing with concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Identity concerns, Relationship issues, Burnout, Stress Management, Body image, PTSD, Self-esteem issues, and feelings of shame & guilt.
I have a Master’s in Clinical psychology and 6+ experience in clinical settings working with a diverse group of individuals.
