About me

I  am final year Doctoral Student in Counselling Psychology, and have recently submitted my thesis on love.

Life can be tricky to navigate, sometimes we need someone to just listen, without judgment, sometimes we want to reflect, consider our choices and feel different.  Whatever it is you think you need lets talk about how therapy may help you move forward.

As a British born woman of Indian descent I have personal and work experience in a range of issues and challenges people face in their every day lives be this with relationships, family, identity and or your place in the world.

I understand that it can be hard to reach out to a therapist.  That initial contact is sometimes the hardest, If you do feel ready to explore please email me or text if you prefer and we can organise an initial telephone conversation.  If after this conversation you would like to meet online or in person we can organise a mutually convenient time. This means together we will explore your current experience in the world and how through a deeper exploration of the challenges you face due to past experiences or your current situation, we will find meaning,  purpose and your own sense of self to help you and manage those difficulties.
