Whether you or a loved one are having difficulties in life, I am here to help. I work with individuals to address specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/life issues, abuse or any other concern. Through different approaches and specialized counselling or therapy sessions, I work with you to understand your goals and cater every session to personalize your experience.

I work with couples to discuss their anxieties and matters that may seem trivial and to work on specific problems to enhance the relationship. The goal is to enhance communication, build trust and work on putting in effort to ensure that your and your partner are able to have a successful and healthy relationship.
