Richa Vashista (she/they) is an integrative psychologist with over 9 years of experience, who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University. They are a certified Suicide First Responder issued by City and Guilds. As an independent practitioner, Richa provides therapy to clients, which may include individual, couples, or family therapy sessions, based on their specific needs. In addition to therapy, they also run support groups for individuals with similar experiences or challenges who come together, provide mutual support, and learn healthy coping strategies. She also partners with companies and institutions and supports their well-being initiatives which are designed to help individuals manage stress, build resilience, and enhance their emotional well-being.
