About me

Welcome! I am the founder of BIPOC Healing and Wellness Centre, which offers therapy with culturally informed, anti-racist & intersectional feminist values. I would be honored to walk through life’s difficulties with you through creating a trusting relationship. We can process life experiences, develop your identity, explore values and set boundaries. Through being more compassionate to yourself, we can build self worth and heal childhood wounds. I work holistically to support folks to deepen their connections to their mind, body, soul, spirit, emotions & community. I care about creating safer spaces that empower BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Colour) mental health & wellness.

I am specialized in processing experiences of racism, discrimination, racial trauma & racial grief. I often work in newcomer, immigrant and refugee communities. Other specialties include sexual violence; grief and loss; childhood abuse; complex trauma & PTSD; LGBTQ2S; trauma-informed yoga & meditation; somatic therapy; spirituality; culturally safe therapy.

You can expect me to meet you with compassion, empowerment, warmth, authenticity, humor and gentleness. We can collaborate to create tailored therapy for you. It would be an honor to get to know who you are. Your stories are worth hearing, your strengths are worth celebrating and you don’t have to be alone in your healing. I believe in your capacity to heal.
