About me

Challenges are inevitable in this life, but they can be managed with the help of family, friends or sometimes professionals. My life mission is to be of service to people who are suffering. I strive to create a counselling space in which my clients feel at ease with being able to share their stories. I truly believe in the possibility of people being able to move through their pain, in order to live happier and healthier lives.

My first priority is to establish a strong counselling relationship in which you feel heard and understood. Together we will explore the emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual aspects of your current struggle and your own healing process.  As a Canadian-born, South Asian woman I’ve realized that navigating two different cultures in this way has its own unique challenges.  Having gone through my own process of self-exploration, I feel confident and passionate to support clients who are in similar situations.

The process of self-discovery is seldom an easy path, but you don’t have to walk it alone. Sharing your story with someone is a vulnerable process, however, it’s a step toward doing something to change your life for the better. It would be a privilege for me to support you in achieving the kind of life you desire.
