Working as an Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor means that in addition to the ways of working described above I hold a space for the human heart and soul in my work.

What this means in practice is that I hold a care and a trust for your inner wisdom and your life’s personal journey. I pay attention to this and what this means for the changes and healing that you may be seeking. For example, attention may be given to the meaning of your challenges through creative ways; giving space for information that is less in your immediate awareness to arise. This may allow for closer contact with what is true and authentic for you and your growth.

This framework is held alongside my solid foundation of clinical experience and an integrative model of counselling which in cooperates knowledge from a range of therapeutic models . I do not believe that ‘one size fits all’. Together we will collaborate to create an approach to our work that will be most supportive for you.
