About me

I am Rajeshwari Luther, a dedicated counselling psychologist and a Ph.D Scholar specializing in psychology and healthcare management. My professional journey is deeply rooted in mental wellness and addiction therapy, complemented by my involvement in healthcare and hospital administration training.

My expertise encompasses a diverse range of areas, including stress and anxiety management, mood disorders, anger management, adjustment issues, pre-marital counselling, addiction counseling, family and relationship counselling, workplace concerns, corporate mental health, maternal mental health among others.

In my therapeutic practice, I employ an eclectic approach which includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamic principles.

With a career spanning over three decades, my experience primarily focuses on providing mental wellness support. This extensive experience also includes my utmost dedication towards training within the realms of healthcare and hospital administration.

Academically, I have earned a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Healthcare Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Professionally, I am an International Certified Addiction Professional (ICAP I) and have received specialized training at the Hazelden-Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies in the USA, including training in Denial Management under the guidance of Terence Gorski and hold a Diploma in Art Therapy.

I have also served as an independent Director on the board of CARE Hospitals, Hyderabad and an ethics committee member at GVK Biosciences, Hyderabad.
