I recognise how intimidating it can be to seek counselling, and I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, individualised care. Counselling can help you gain clarity on an issue, change old patterns, untangle complex personal issues, or embark on a journey of self-development. You may also seek therapy as a result of a crisis, transition, or pivotal change in your life.

I believe in a collaborative form of therapy, and your plan will be tailored to your specific needs. I am always open to questions and feedback, especially if you are new to counselling and aren’t sure what to expect.
