About me

I am a COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) qualified counselling psychologist.

Our work together will be collaborative to foster insight around your concerns, along with skills building towards your goals.

I am committed to provide a space where you feel seen, heard and validated. This will be a space where you can come explore yourself in your totality, with curiosity.

A non-exhaustive list of concerns I work with:

I work with individuals facing concerns and seeking support around life transitions, relationship or family conflict/distress, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement/loss, and work/education stress.

My approach:

I work using Systemic Family Therapy along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative.


I have completed my BA (Hons) Psychology from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University, India and

MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.

Albert Ellis Institute, New York, USA – Primary and Advanced Certificate Practicum in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (REBT)

Basic Narrative Therapy organized by Children First in collaboration with Dulwich Center Foundation, Australia
