I work with individuals facing concerns and seeking support around life transitions, relationship or family conflict/distress, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement/loss, and work/education stress.
My approach:
I work using Systemic Family Therapy along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative.

I have completed my BA (Hons) Psychology from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University, India and
MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
