Therapy can be an intimidating process, and my goal is to provide an open, safe environment to help instill support, understanding and empowerment throughout your therapeutic journey.

My primary areas of expertise include working with individuals suffering from anxiety/depression, couples conflict, rebuilding intimacy in your relationship, infertility, PCOS, and self-esteem.I work with individuals from all cultures and backgrounds who feel dissatisfied or uneasy as an individual or within their relationships.

I believe in fostering hope and creating a safe space for individuals/couples/families to process, as well as find healthy solutions.My passion is helping others find confidence within themselves, and/or within relationships.

I use a variety of evidence based interventions including CBT, behavioral modification, Gottman method (Level 2 certified-couples counseling), trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques.

I strive to create a healthy therapeutic relationship with each individual/couple/family, in order create a judgement free zone to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that meets your individualized needs and and most importantly ensures that you gain insight into your recovery and progress.
