About me

Building a trusting, compassionate relationship is my foremost priority in therapy. I help clients develop strengths, assertiveness, and resiliency to cope with life’s challenges while reorienting to more adaptive thoughts + feelings, improving relationships and increasing attunement. I believe that our brains are naturally adaptive and a clear understanding of how your mind works can empower healthy change. That’s why I use a combination of attachment theory, trauma-informed mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), and Gottman Institute‘s research-based approach to therapy.

I  love helping people navigate life transitions – from entering parenthood, starting a new job, healing after a breakup, launching into school, or exploring a new part of your identity. I am especially drawn to helping perfectionists, anxious achievers, millennial women, and ambitious power couples get unstuck with empathy, insight, and curiosity.

I’d be honored to have the opportunity to work together. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, we will explore your emotional landscape, life experiences, and family dynamics to identify practices that support you. Let’s learn something new and find the support you need. I offer a FREE 15 minute consultation to ensure this process is a positive one!
